Leen Al Zahra LLC provides a custom-developed WhatsApp-based Order Management System hosted on the domain myap.online. Each client receives a dedicated store link (e.g., clientname.myap.online) where their customers can browse products, select quantities, and manually send an order via WhatsApp.

❖ Key Features & Compliance

  • ✅ No Automation: The system does not send any automated messages. All WhatsApp messages are triggered by the customer themselves via a "Send Order to WhatsApp" button.
  • ✅ No WhatsApp API: We do not use WhatsApp Business API; the only integration is through WhatsApp’s official public click-to-chat URL (https://wa.me/) — which is free and open to all users as per WhatsApp’s public documentation.
  • ✅ No backend integration with WhatsApp servers: The system works entirely within the browser.
  • ✅ No spam, scraping, or mass messaging tools are involved. Our platform does not send bulk messages, promotional content, or unsolicited communications.
  • ✅ No User Data Sharing: All order data is stored locally (within the client’s subdomain directory) and is not shared with third parties.​

❖ Business Model (SaaS)

This solution is operated under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model. Each client receives:

  • A hosted subdomain (e.g., grocerystore.myap.online)
  • A branded product catalog with live quantity and total price calculation
  • Admin access to manage their products and images
  • Integrated WhatsApp ordering system
  • PDF order and JSON order log system (No Tax, Commercial Invoice Include)
  • Lifetime technical maintenance

💳 Clients are billed at AED 39/month for full access, hosting, and support.

🔍 Scope of Service Clarification

This service is officially provided by Leen Al Zahra LLC, a UAE-based licensed holder. We operate the platform myap.online, under which we host and maintain individual online order systems for our clients.

We explicitly clarify that we do not provide, promote, or support any of the following:

  • ❌ Automated WhatsApp messaging or bots
  • ❌ Use of WhatsApp Business API or unauthorized third-party WhatsApp integrations
  • ❌ Mass or bulk messaging services
  • ❌ Message scheduling or automation scripts
  • ❌ Any services that impersonate WhatsApp or violate its Terms of Service

Instead, we only offer:

  • ✅ A fully manual, browser-based system
  • ✅ Customer-initiated message sending via official WhatsApp wa.me links
  • ✅ Client-hosted catalogs with no backend WhatsApp connection
  • ✅ A user-driven order process, with no automation or backend WhatsApp interaction

This model strictly complies with WhatsApp’s public usage policy, which allows businesses to use click-to-chat (https://wa.me/) links for customer-initiated messaging.

❖ Legal and Platform Compliance

This service:

  • Follows all guidelines of WhatsApp’s public usage policies
  • Does not use any forbidden automation or APIs
  • Is fully hosted and managed under a UAE-licensed entity (Leen Al Zahra LLC)
  • Is intended for manual, customer-initiated communication only

This system does not impersonate WhatsApp or Meta and does not interfere with their services. It simply provides an ecommerce-like front-end where WhatsApp is the communication channel, just like email or contact forms.
